Guitarist Evandro Gracelli is returning to his native Brazil after two highly productive years in Ottawa. He's celebrating his musical exchanges with his Canadian folks. He will be playing originals with his Canadian collaborators, such as Rachel Beausoleil, René Gely, Robin Gorn and Alvaro Faleiros.

He's been working as a side man for different projects as Patricia Cano (Toronto), the René Gely Group, Sol da Capital, Rimbombante, Florquestra Brazil, Roda da Samba, Sambaway, and Alice Groves (all of them here in Ottawa), and in Montreal, Rommel Ribeiro, Farinha Biriba and Robin Gorn.

Those groups have lead him to playing in great venues and Festivals like the Ottawa Jazz Festival, Sudbury Jazz Festival, Place des Arts, National Arts Centre, Café Paradiso, Chelsea Pub, Tour- Maison de Culture de Montreal, La Grange, Ambrosia Restaurant, Le Largo, and others.

So on December 1, we'll have a great evening of music!
