Their concert features material from their two albums: Déjà Vu, and All Over Again, its sequel. Patterned after the famous Bill Evans/Tony Bennett recordings from the 1970's, Déjà Vu has had national airtime on CBC. La Grange has generously donated the tickets.

You could win a pair of tickets to hear Jazz Under The Mistletoe on Saturday, December 13, 2014. This special premiere performance will feature vocalist Nicole Ratté, and guitarist Roddy Ellias and his trio members bassist Adrian Vedady and drummer Thom Gossage. Dinner and concert starts at 6:30 p.m. (18h30), and the concert itself at 8 p.m. (20h). Two pairs of tickets have been generously donated for this contest by La Grange de la Gatineau (Cantley).
This will be a first collaboration for Nicole and Roddy and they are planning for a nice evening of jazz for all tastes. They will offer you a mix of interesting songs that will install a warm ambience with a touch of this magic we like to find when we think of the Holidays, family and friends.
Joining them will be special guest violonist William Lamoureux who participated in Nicole’s award-winning "Le jazz d’une génération à l’autre" (Jazz Across Generations) that was performed at La Maison de la culture de Gatineau in November 2013.

Last fall he entertained hundreds of people at Make-a-Wish Canada's annual gala with his singing tribute to the Rat Pack group of singers including Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Sammy Davis, Jr. Their appeal to him was “both from a musical point of view but even just from the type of humour they bring to the table”.
He returns this year with a more intimate performance at BDT to perform some classic favourites. He'll be joined by some of Ottawa's solidly swinging jazz musicians: pianist Ian Clyne, saxophnist Mike Tremblay, bassist Martin Newman and drummer Jeff Asselin.
